Interesting clinical data have emerged about clinical experience with chloroquine as
adjuvant therapy for patients with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Chloroquine has the
potential of opening new frontiers in the treatment of glial neoplasms and should be tested in
large clinical trials.
