IN this paper the details will be presented of a method which has been developed to amplify
the effect of weak (or subliminal) Rh agglutinins and" incomplete" anti-bodies, by the action,
on the sensitized cells, of a rabbit anti-human-globulin serum. The test was-originally
intended as an instrument of research; but it promises to be of practical use, since it has
detected Rh immunization in some cases where the usual tests have failed to. do so. A brief
