Sensitized lymphocytes were incubated in vitro with the specific antigen Supernatants from

Thus, antigen-stimulated lymphocytes secrete a factor or factors which enhance certain macrophage functions. Implications for models of cellular immunity and cellular hypersensitivity are discussed.
